Working of Oil Skimmer
This is an endless SS belt oil skimmer which has scraping arrangement on both sides. The belt material is specially selected for oil skimming.
The skimmer is equipped with a geared motor, which has output of about 15RPM.
The capacity of oil skimmer is varied from 3 LPH to 60 LPH depending of on the application. A oil tray is provided for collection of removed oil.
Span’s belt type skimmer utilizes a simple design to efficiently remove floating oil from a coolant. It is best suited for stand-alone systems and tanks, and can be easily integrated with existing machine setups within a plant.
Operation
